For Authors

VaSE publishes biannually: fall and spring. We welcome submissions from practitioners, professors, and law students on a rolling basis. VaSE follows Virginia Law Review guidelines for determining whether a submission constitutes a note, article or essay. Along with the submission, we require a CV or resume.

Articles, notes or essays can be submitted.
